Request & Deposit
Choose a recording month and send a request. Your month is secured once your R 7 500 deposit is received.
The Gift Box
We send a 'What to expect' gift box: an explanation of the gift, gentle guidance, and space for 10 to 20 photo memories or important documents. We scan them professionally and return the originals on recording day.
Your Day, Confirmed
Thirty days before your month we allocate the exact recording day. A gentle, unrecorded conversation follows to build rapport and outline the chapters.
Recording
A professional audio recording in the comfort of their home. Add filmed video if you'd like to see them as well as hear them.
Polished & Delivered
About four weeks after the last recording, we deliver the polished recording in named chapters, alongside your scanned memories.

We’ll send you a payment link when your recording date is confirmed, and another for the final balance when your polished recording is complete. Later instalments are not charged automatically.
